About this house rental
This house is situated on a rural property of 14,500 m² which is located between the villages of Binissalem, Alaró and Consell.
The residential building has a constructed area of 240 m². On the ground floor you will find the living room with wood-burning stove, dining room with new wood-burning stove and open-plan kitchen with bar, toilet with shower as well as another toilet with shower and washing machine with access from outside. On the first floor there are six bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The house is also provided with a large front terrace with pergola, another terrace on the left hand side with access from the dining room, enclosed pool with a water surface of 37 m² and sun terrace and an enclosed sports field.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in der Finca, super Kommunikation mit der Maklerin. Hat alles sehr gut und reibungslos geklappt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben als 11-köpfige Gruppe einen tollen Urlaub über Neujahr hier verbracht. Dass das Haus ausschließlich über 2 Öfen im EG geheizt wird, war kein Problem. Die Wohnbereich ist schnell aufgeheizt und die oben liegenden Schlafzimmer waren ausreichend warm für die Nacht. Der Pool (nicht geheizt), die Sonnenterrasse, der Grill und die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit des Objekts sorgen für Erholung und Urlaubs-Feeling. Innerhalb von 40 min sind etliche hervorragende Klettergebiete zu erreichen.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich.
Wir würden diese Finca jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wir (6 Personen) waren im Mai 2019 für eine Woche in dieser schönen Finca. Buchung und Kommunikation mit der Agentur waren schnell und hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das WLAN war top in allenZimmern und auch auf der Terrasse. Die Wegbeschreibung sollte wegen des ersten Stücks des Weges angepasst werden, da die Fahrt mit dem Auto eine Rumpelrunde ist. Besser ist die längere Aussenrunde. Auch mit dem Rad.

Un très grand merci à Pédro dont l'accueil est très chaleureux. Un gâteau nous attendait accompagné d'une bouteille de vin régional ainsi qu'une corbeille de fruits. Maison impeccable, très propre, spacieuse et très bien située pour visiter cette très belle île. Tout le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner était présent et en état de marche. Nous étions 9 personnes. Nos enfants de 16 à 31 ans ont tous trouvé une occupation quand nous étions à la maison entre vélos, ping-pong, piscine.... Vraiment nous recommandons cette adresse où nous avons été accueillis comme des amis.
