About this apartment rental
Comfortably furnished 70sqm apartment with 20sqm balcony in 1. Floor. Newly renovated and fully furnished. Living room with a relaxing living area and fireplace for self-heating for a cozy atmosphere. Anteroom with generous wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio with CD player, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, washing machine
Outdoor games, balcony awning, garden furniture, deckchairs, outdoor refrigerator, swing grill, in-house parking.
Restaurant Kirchenwirt within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
On request I offer personal guided tours (glacier tours, mountain tours and guided tours).
The tours I make free of charge - allow me only a flat rate of 100 euros for the journey (from Franconia) and food & lodges to demand.

Fantastic property and great location for our family ski holiday to Goldeck. Lovely facilities with plenty of space for a large family. Log burner looked amazing but was not required due to the property being hot enough. Just be aware that the property is down a steep hill which may make access awkward during snowy conditions. Really enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year.

Nachdem wir ein wenig Zeit brauchten um das Apartment zu finden, haben wir die entlegene Lage sehr genossen, vor allem die Schlucht war wunderschön mit Hund und Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr nett hergerichtet im Stock oben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nur die Betten sind ziemlich veraltet, das ist so der einzige Punkt, den man verbessern könnte und vielleicht auch sollte.
Ansonsten war es sehr schön. Danke

Schön gelegen etwas abseits vom Ort mit angenehmer Ruhe und Ausblick auf Almwiese und Tal. Renovierte Fewo mit viel schönem und wertigem Holzbau und guter Ausstattung. Großer Balkon läd zum Grillen und Co ein. Ideal zum Abschalten und Rauskommen aus dem Alltag.
Wegbeschreibung wäre schön gewesen. Es wurde bei der Buchung keine Adresse sondern nur ein Punkt in Googlemaps weitergegeben, an dem die FEWO aber nicht war (sondern am anderen Ende des Ortes). Fewo konnte nur über Rücksprache mit anderen Einheimischen gefunden werden, die glücklicherweise das Objekt kannten.
