The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They did their best to make us happy.

The place is very pretty. It’s instagrammable, and the drinks are cheap. The pool is clean and it’s nice to walk around. Each cabin also has a nice outdoor area if you want to chill with a group of friends
We could have had a better experience. The customer service seems terrible. There wasn’t any map provided to us. Front desk wasnt informed we were coming even if we confirmed it to the reservations team. Staff seems undertrained. They didn’t know the wifi password, misinformed us about the proper pool closing time. The wait time for the food also takes too long, so make sure to order well over 30 minutes. Lastly, they forgot we requested for a late check-out and we were locked out of our own room.
