The house has natural lighting which made it homey. It was immaculately clean and the beds were comfortable.
Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
The caretaker, Kuya Ricky, was responsive and helpful when we had questions.
During our stay, there were several power outages.
The beach had strong currents which made it unsafe to swim. There was even a guard and part of the area was taped off to prevent people from accessing the beach.

- The place was more beautiful than the photos
- Rooms were spacious
- Super cold ACs
- Water fountain (clean but not for sensitive stomach)
- Karaoke mics were delayed, we weren't able to use it.
- Medyo mainit sa baba but there are 3 fans
- Went down the beach around 7 am, found smol dikyas (baby pa talaga)
Despite this we enjoyed our stay.

We love everything about this place. My niece and nephews enjoyed the pool. The beach is just a 5 minute walk. The balcony on the second floor is spacious and a perfect place to see the sunrise and sunset. We had a great time and its been a perfect location for our family gathering/reunion.
- The beach has broken glasses and can be dangerous if you're walking bare footed
- Only allowed 3 cars parked in front of the house.. It's not the hosts'fault, but the Property Admin should at least consider the hassle when an extra vehicle has to park at the clubhouse.

ロケーションが良い。ナイスビュー。建物は新しく、部屋もきれい。管理人が親切。
1Fのエアコンが故障しており使えず暑かった。2Fのカラオケ施設が音楽とマイクがズレてしまい使えなかった。バスルームのシャワーが温水にならない部屋があった。バスルームのフロアマットの替えがない。シャワーカーテンがなくトイレが水浸しになってしまう。トイレットペーパーのスペアが置いて無かった。濡れた水着を干す場所が不十分。洗濯物を干す場所が無い。一応プライベートビーチだが狭い。海はプラスチックゴミが打ち寄せて不快。
