The house has a unique, relaxing charm with its beautiful old Spanish-style design. The caretakers were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The sunset view is breathtaking, and the beachfront location makes access easy. However, the shore needs better cleaning, as there was quite a lot of rubbish despite environmental fees being collected
Since it’s an old house, a small renovation would greatly improve the stay. The door and window locks need replacing, as they feel unsafe. There’s no shared toilet in the house—only in private rooms—so using the outside pool toilet or accessing a private room is inconvenient. The plumbing also needs fixing, as the sink overflowed when someone showered upstairs. The owner called a plumber after checkout, so hopefully that’s been resolved
