Tha facilities is ok. We got a better Villa. That the owner offered
1. We did a late check in. To our horror the place didn't expect us and our Villa wasn't ready. Despite booking at booking.com
2. Owner of the Villa told us we booked a different place
3. Never heard a single "sorry" but my friends told me the owner was apologetic to them
4. The "karen" neighbour added insult to the wound
