Beachfront Reunions @ Canyon Cove

The apartment was modern, spacious, and very comfortable, making it perfect for our family stay. We especially loved the verandas that offered beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The place was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of utensils and tableware, which was very convenient for our large group. The rooms were cozy and inviting, and overall, the apartment felt warm and welcoming. My family truly enjoyed our stay.

The water pressure was inconsistent—occasionally strong, but weak most of the time. There were also instances when the water appeared muddy. As for the facilities, it would be great to have a safer and more convenient access point leading down to the beach in front of the apartments, cabanas, or cottages so guests can better enjoy the beachfront experience.

We liked the overlooking view of the location though it was a bit creepy when looking at those unfinished buildings just in front of the property. The unit is on the 3rd floor, which may not be easy to climb if you need to use a wheelchair. However, the stairs are not steep so di ka masyadong hihingalin paakyat. One good thing, the left front of the property has a huge tree, which acts as your shield for a day swim (up to 10am is fine, you won't get toast!). The room's sizes are also okay, each one with own bathroom. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two water dispensers, coffee maker, microwave, ref and a chest freezer. There's enough room to stock all your foods and groceries. There's also some recreational stuff like the mini-billiard board for kids. One thing more and the great one on the list, there's a good fishing spot! My family are always looking for a beach resort with fishing spots, and the boys are so happy with their little fishing adventures. Our 3D/2N stay were fine. We enjoyed because we're all together.

The AC in one of the rooms with bunk bed is broken. Even if you adjust the temp, it's still sooo cold. On the other hand, the AC in the living room is not really working properly, it's still hot even it was set to min temp. The cleanliness could have also been better. There were still barbeque sauces in the terrace. The microphone also isn't working so we didn't enjoy the speaker.

Our family loved the place, A/C are good, rooms are big, CRs are nice, and sala & dining room are spacious as well. Just the sink in the kitchen, I think there's a litlle plumbing thing that has to be done. Aside from that, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! 💜

Huge apartment

THIS IS EXTREMELY MISLEADING. This property should NOT be advertised as Canyon Cove when guests cannot even access Canyon Cove itself. The listing used photos of Canyon Cove during booking, making people believe they are booking a stay with access to the resort, only for us to find out upon arrival that it is under different management and we are completely prohibited from entering. If guests have NO ACCESS to Canyon Cove, then this should be clearly stated in the listing instead of using Canyon Cove photos to attract bookings. This feels like false advertising and a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. We paid expecting the place shown in the photos, not a completely separate property with restricted access. Very disappointing and unacceptable. To make things worse, the beachfront itself was very disappointing. The area was dirty, smelled like a canal, and was full of rocks instead of sand. The beach space was also extremely small, making it impossible to even enjoy properly. None of these conditions were shown or clearly disclosed in the listing. Very disappointing and unacceptable.
