The flat is located in a typical Berlin front building that was built in 1903. The house is situated in a central location known as Moabit. The flat was renovated in April 2009, the bathroom in January 2025. It is a bright and modern 2-room flat on 66 m2 and suitable for up to a maximum of 4 people. It is on the 1st floor and has a west-facing balcony with a view of the Charlottenburg canal. There are bus stops for the M27 bus in the immediate vicinity, and the Mierendorfplatz underground station on the U7 line is a 5-minute walk away, which offers good connections to other underground lines and the S-Bahn. In Kaiserin-Augusta-Allee you will find a pharmacy, fresh fruit and vegetables, bakeries and more. Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, Getränke Hoffmann and Rewe are in the immediate vicinity of Mierendorffplatz or the flat.
The kitchen: dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge, cooker, oven. There are enough standardised crockery, glasses and cutlery available.
The living room: TV, WLAN, 3-seater sofa, information material.
It has a sunbathing area, which also serves as a 160 x 200 cm double bed.
The bedroom: 160 x 200 cm double bed with quality mattress, bedside table with lamps. Large wardrobe, height-adjustable desk. The bathroom: Window that can be opened and closed via a mechanism in the kitchen chamber. Mirrored cabinet above the washbasin, shower, WC, hairdryer.

The flat price is the same all year round. The beds are made on arrival. Towelling costs per person and change. Kitchen linen is included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the flat! (Smoking is permitted on the balcony.) If additional costs are incurred, these will be charged afterwards. If an intermediate cleaning is required during the stay, this will be charged at cost (please contact the key holder). The additional costs such as bed and bathroom linen, the final cleaning and a deposit are to be paid in cash when the keys are handed over. The deposit will be returned to you when you hand over the keys if everything is in order.

The appartment has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, connected via a hallway. The living room has a TV, couch, small table, and a two person bed. The other room has a desk and bed. In the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with a coffee machine, water cooker, dishes, glasses, cooking pots, cutlery, and with coffee, tea, herbs, olive oil etc. There is a small dishwasher. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and bath with shower. The apprtment is easy to reach with the U-bahn (Mierendorfplatz) from which you are well connected to the center of Berlin. Great place, friendly host, we can recommend staying here!

This property has additional fees and procedures that are uncommon. For example, a bed linen fee and another towel fee. Also, a person must meet the renter at the property to get the key, and the renter alone must communicate to avoid an extra fee if you are late. The property manager will make no attempt to contact the renter. All this is explained in the documents sent with booking, but I thought these details would be helpful to know when browsing the property.
