Casa dia y noche is a newly built (2016) villa, the architect Ramón Mas, in a quiet street, only about 8 minutes walk to the sandy bay Cala Llombards.
The villa is furnished with natural decoration and lighting inspiration and private pool.
In the lovingly created 550 sqm outdoor area of the house you will find many cozy seating area, which invite you to linger and relax. The approximately 4mx8,5m large pool invites you to take a cool dip.
Despite the quiet rural location of this house, you are not far from the shops and restaurants.
Two small supermarkets, a restaurant and a Majorcan bar are both within a few minutes.
In the next larger town- Santanyi gives everything your heart desires. Numerous shopping and shopping facilities, restaurants or even the weekly and Saturday weekly market are always worth a visit.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom with en suite bathroom, a bedroom with a pool view and another bedroom with bunk beds. For convenience, the house has been equipped in the bedrooms with air conditioning.
The two bathrooms are equipped with modern design sinks and regendouche.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern (3&5) Ende September dort und waren wunschlos glücklich.
Sowohl die Finca, als auch die Betreuung vor Ort oder Ansprechbarkeit der Besitzer waren hervorragend.
Das Haus samt tollem Pool bieten alle Möglichkeiten.
Wir kommen gern wieder und können dieses Objekt so jedem nur empfehlen!

Wer ein gepflegtes, sauberes Haus sucht und Wert auf Dinge wie hochwertige Einrichtung, eigener Pool, Klimaanlage etc. legt, ist hier genau richtig. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie gute Betreuung vor Ort runden das ganze ab.
