Welcome to our quiet and charming 106m2 apartment with wooden terrace, surrounded by a stream.
It is centrally located, ideal for a varied holiday in the Kitzbühel Alps in Tyrol - all about hiking, cycling, skiing, cross-country skiing and enjoying. Children are just as welcome as pets. With its 3 bedrooms, it is ideal for families, sports groups or small groups.
In particular, the spacious living room with its couch in front of the wood stove offers space to enjoy. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric stove, gas stove, dishwasher), so that self-catering can try out the local food. Overall, a spacious bedroom with bathroom is available, as well as two more individual bedrooms. Over a corridor is thus another bathroom and the living room to reach. A car parking space in front of the house can accommodate two cars. In less than 20 minutes you can also reach Kitzbühel by bus without a car.

From the house directly on the ski or cross-country skiing!
The ski bus stop is right on the doorstep. We are only one stop from the ski school Reith b. Kitzbühel and the free lift there! There you can also comfortably rent your winter equipment (skis, cross-country skis, sledges, snowshoes, ..) for the duration of your stay. For beginners and children, the free lift is an ideal place to get used to the skis, before going up to the beautiful ski paradise Kitzbühel. The Fleckalmbahn can be reached in 20 minutes by the same bus. No traffic jam, no parking search! Enjoy après-ski - the bus brings you safely home.
The cross-country ski trail can also be reached on foot in a few minutes and offers a variety of different sunny and quiet paths (eg. Direction Schwarzsee to Kitzbühel, or in the other direction to Kirchberg). We are happy to help!

In summer, for example, load. the golf course and the many idyllic bathing lakes to enjoy. Country club, restaurants, supermarket, doctor, etc. all close by. Reith is a small but fine place that offers everything a holidaymaker could wish for.
