Very disappointing

Number of beds not provided as per description on website. A quadruple room (described as having a double bed, single bed and sofa bed) was missing the single bed. The hotel could not rectify this problem as it was fully booked.

I know it was Kiel week, but over €200 was very poor value for money

Lack of facilities -not even water glasses in room. Showers spat water fiercely. Check in too complicated on arrival using iPad system-I had a tired child and dogs-didn’t expect to need to enter passport details to access room key. Breakfast-no teabags.

Nice hotel but they need to do something to scare the seagulls away.

Seagull were extremely noisy and kept us awake. Never experienced anything like it before.

The room incl beds were great; the breakfast was very great.

Given the name of the hotel, we were hoping for facilities on the premises to exercise a bit. The kids wanted to play football but this was not possible on the premises nor anywhere nearby.

Functional, clean and quiet hotel.

A clean modern and functional hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. A quiet area perfect for an overnight stay on the road through Germany. The showers were lovely and bathroom clean.

was bugs on the beds and the bathrooms was full of other people things, so there was no space for us. the floor was full of water in the bathroom.
