Perfect place with an amazing view.

Our host was very friendly, and even though there was a language barrier, she explained everything perfectly. We really could not fault the stay. The views are spectacular. We are quite critical of where we stay, and this was that good, we would stay here again.

good for our purposes

nice view of the lake, and easy walk to access a small beach own private entrance our children ran around the garden (not sure whether this is welcomed by the host, though) nice bathroom some teas and a kettle, a freezer-fridge, also a toaster-oven so you could bake your own dinner breakfast was reasonable; the hot chocolate was exceptionally good the host was friendly when we met her (the day after our arrival, our departure day)

It was a little odd that we only learned on the day of arrival that it is within a „gated community“ (barrier on the road), and we were told to just wait for strangers to let us through. Although this did work after a 5 minute wait, we didn’t appreciate the uncertainty at the end of a 700km drive with two small children. I think there should be a better arrangement. We couldn’t find a wifi password in the apartment, but got it the next day.

Superb

An idyllic garden great upon entrance to the property followed by amazing views of both the lake and the mountains. Inside the windows frame the view and let in lots of light into a good sized accommodation with good facilities. A large TV that rotates from viewing from the table / living area towards the bed. To emphasise it's just a few minutes walk from the lakeside. I would definitely reccomend and go again.

We stayed one night on the way from Troyes to Arles so it suited our purposes. Would not have been

Breakfast was okay, nice pastries and good coffee. Location was fine but it’s a mile from Aiz le bains.

Bathroom was a bit smelly. Not sure if there was a leak or it was just musty

Location was spot on for walking along Lac du Bourget

It was quiet location, that was spot on for walking along the lake. Clear and timely instructions were given for accessing the property. We received a warm welcome from the host, who provided a super continental breakfast.

Bed too short, had to sleep with the feet outside the bed, not much room around the bed, fridge present but not connected. Breakfast very frugal

View of the lake from the window. Spacious, clean, comfortable room. Nice big shower. Lovely host. Delicious breakfast, which we ate on the patio outside our room, looking across the garden at the lake.

Superb

We liked the cozy room, the view over the lake and of the Dent du Chat from the room and the terrasse where we had our breakfast, the Lido beach within a few minutes walk. The area a few Kms South of Aix is very nice. Annick is a charming and pleasant, service-minded host. We strongly recommend Le Lac.

exceptional location near la plage du lido, a beautiful garden for private use and an unbelievable view on the lake and on the mountains, a charming landlady and husband, attentive to our travel planning (early birds).very easy to reach by car and parking in private street. we will return!

The shower head needs to be attached to the wall. The cleaning equipment should be removed from the bathroom, not appropriate because it was at the same height as our son... Apart from those 2 points, everything else was perfect 👌

Magnifique emplacement juste au-dessus du Lac du Bourget. Vue sur le lac depuis la terrasse où nous avons pris le petit déjeuner. Bel petit appartement avec toutes les commodités (petit coin cuisine, terrasse..)

La ubicación, se puede aparcar

Es realmente pequeño, son dos habitaciones, en una duermes al lado de la lavadora, y en la.otra al lado de la nevera. No tiene cocina, solo un horno, y no puedes limpiar los platos. Aparte, huele muchísimo a humedad. Una cama esta bien, la otra te clavas los muelles En mi caso me quedé una noche, dos adultos y dos niños. Una estancia más larga no hubiera sido agradable. Que twñe traigan el desayuno al apartamento está bien, y la terraza y las vistas son bonitas. El precio lo encontré un poco caro para lo que es

La vue magnifique sur le lac, et Annick notre hôte qui était vraiment très accueillante.

Bon week-end à Aix

La situation de cet appartement très calme est idéale pour randonner dans le secteur: Le Revard, la dent du chat, aix les bains, la feclaz, hautecombe... mais aussi faire du vélo autour du lac pour visiter cette région très riche et variée.

Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger pour des randonneurs à la journée. Il manque l'aménagement d'une petite cuisine(évier et plaque de cuisson).
