Beautiful apartment completely redone of 35m2 on the 3rd floor, fully equipped for your comfort, exceptional location offering a view facing the lake of Bourget (80m walk), with private tennis court in the condominium.
Sleeps up to 4 people with 1 separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Enjoy this little cocoon with a 6m2 balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains, the beach 5 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bike from the city center of Aix les Bains.
Ideal location for a rest or sports stay with multiple activities possible (lakeside walks, running, beach, swimming, paddle, boat rentals and restaurants nearby).
Tennis and ball equipment (15e per stay) as well as Paddle (2 available for 20 euros per stay).
The accommodations are air-conditioned. Furnished tourist accommodation 4*.
