Cocoonr agency offers this charming 50 m² flat for rent in Aix-les-Bains, 200 metres from the beach, with swimming pool and jacuzzi, and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, Senseo coffee machine, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160 × 200).
- Bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside:
- A 20 m² west-facing terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
Communal areas in the residence :
- A living room with a lounge, library area and pool table.
- A small gym with three pieces of equipment
- An indoor swimming pool, heated all year round, accessible with the flat key.
- A jacuzzi (for 2 people) available all year round.
The flat is ideally located in Aix-les-Bains, close to Lac du Bourget, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Aix-les-Bains town centre is a 20-minute walk away.
