Clean, hospitality was great, food options were ok for vegetarians

The area is still developing and there’s no easy access to the beach. We noticed a lot of rubbish dumped on one of our walks.

- It is a beautiful fully accessible hotel. - the family vibe (previous reviewers complain there’s nothing to do after 11 which is true but I wouldn’t want noisy people coming back to the hotel rooms at 3am waking guests up when you are up at 6:30 with little ones) - Kids club and all the animation team 10/10! Huge shoutout to them they work hard and seem to always have a smile! - Wonderful pool temperatures never felt cold - Spa is very nice - All the staff extremely helpful, professional and polite - The food and buffet so much variety - evening entertainment is perfect variety and age appropriate

- It started to get irritating that you have to book your meals especially as WiFi isn’t good in all areas - WiFi is very patchy outside areas so if you’re at the pool all day you need to figure out where to sit - kids pool area needs better cleaning and maintenance it got quite dirty by the afternoons and never saw anyone sweeping or cleaning - toilets poolside (next to kids club) need more regular cleaning throughout the day as were very wet and mucky - bedroom doors slam very loudly they and made me jump, they need a soft close mechanism(appreciate they are fire doors) - maintenance came to fix my balcony light and left a mess of pieces of wires and bits of wall and no one cleaned it up - coffee isn’t very nice even in the cafe

The hotel is located next door to the loudest hotel in Tenerife, Hard Rock Hotel, between the hours of 11am and 5pm daily this hotel blasts out music at vast volume such that the balcony of the room is unuseable and disturbs the pool area almost as much. This must be against the noise level laws in Tenerife. Despite the good qualities of the hotel otherwise, I would not book in again for this reason.
