We moved away from royal river hotel as found it not up to standard .
The royal hideaway villas absolutely stunning views of the coastline and sea. From the 2 bedroom suite with pool first class , staff are friendly and helpful. Food at this hotel is tasty and fresh and the staff go above and beyond. This is the place to stay when in Tenerife with free shuttle service at night

The facility at this hotel is good, and the staff are friendly, but there’s a clear lack of management. Firstly, when we arrived, the reception didn’t mention where to park or give us any directions. The staff seemed clueless about where to go. We asked for help to park, but the next day when we came to collect our car, they couldn’t find it at all. We were left hanging for 45 minutes, and our whole schedule was delayed. Overall, we were not happy at all.
