Absolutely beautiful, it felt like paradise. The 3 pool options were great. Loved the sea views. Room was spacious and well equipped. Delicious food. Kids loved the Mini Club and activities at kids pool. The kids staff were exceptional and so kind to our kids.

We ran out of coffee pods in room and it costs €20 to get more. Although staff were great with service at breakfast and dinner, but they sometimes cleared the plates without us being finished which was a bit disappointing. Drinks quite expensive and no option to refill water bottles throughout the day.

Everything, very friendly and professional staff mainly at reception and restaurant, high level of cleanliness everywhere. The room was spacious well furnished, with big balcony with nice ocean view, also the bathroon was big, beds were comfortable, excellent cleanliness. Two big pools at two levels, tennis courts, main restaurant served high variety of good quality options for breakfast and dinner, with great service. They made a survey for feedback during ours stay in the main restaurant, which provides a good impression how they care about details and seek improvement and customer satisfaction.Good value of money.

Cocktails in the evening at the outside bar should be highly improved. Also Oriental dinner, the food is quite far from Asian quality. The presser of soap and body lotion in the bathroom works well because they are fluid, however this was not the case for the hair conditioner because it was viscous so not coming out easily. Coffee capsules and water could be provided daily instead of providing them once as a welcome.

I can’t say there was anything I did not like

We really liked the location of the hotel. The room was very spacious and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the terrace. We also used the tennis courts multiple times and there was never a queue, which was a big plus for us. Most of the staff members were very nice, especially in the restaurant, where the team was attentive and served drinks very quickly. The swimming pools were also great, especially because one was warm and the other one very refreshing. We also liked that the hotel has direct stairs access to the small beach nearby, although we think it would be even nicer if there were some more organised facilities around that area.

Overall, the hotel feels very old and definitely needs refurbishment. There were random unused pieces of furniture placed around the floors, which made some areas look untidy. Many of the facilities also feel outdated and, in general, we do not fully understand why the hotel is rated as five stars. The grilled meat in the restaurant was not very good, and some reception staff members were not particularly friendly. We also had a situation where housekeeping started cleaning around 8:45am, which felt quite early for a holiday hotel, as in most places cleaning starts after 9am or after breakfast time. Another strange point was that we asked for a wine bottle opener and were told this service costs €10, which honestly felt excessive as it is cheaper to buy one in a supermarket. The cleaning quality overall could also be improved.
