Excellent business hotel for a quick stay in
Tokyo. Breakfast was unsurprisingly adequate for a hotel like this.
The small rooms is not something peculiar to this hotel but to Tokyo in general. One has to live with that.

The staff were very helpful. The location is excellent, easy walking distance from trains & airport monorail, and lots of restaurants & bars. Rooms well lit. Bed comfortable.
The rooms are tiny, even by Japanese hotel standards. Each room has a huge double bed, taking up most of the floor space, so that even as a single, you have to squeeze yourself around the desk, the chair and your luggage. Despite the double bed, don’t even think of having 2 people share the room.
