Great area, front desk was very nice to me. If you've never been to Korean sauna back home, this isn't for you. You may be uncomfortable showering and won't know what to expect. You also only have a locker that likely won't even fit your "small" personal item you brought on the plane. For people a bit more savvy, park your bags at the airport and bring an actually small bag with toothbrush and deodorant etc, no change of clothes or maybe one change of clothes you could leave in the capsule if it's multiple days. There are low wage Japanese workers who seem to live there or stay there when working in the city as like an Uber driver or something. Wake up early and they are all on their way out to work. One who made it very apparent he didn't like foreigners when I was checking in and heading up the elevator. The condescending sneer and laugh as I looked at the key on a string etc and hideous look as I looked over. Gross, frustrated low wage dude. Everything was clean besides the little ledge where you charge your phone. Someone's toe and or fingernail clippings were left behind. And since they are the same color as inside the capsule, as I was plugging in my charger they all went flying throughout the capsule. I later was sick with flu-b in China for a week. Not sure if related but the second time I've gotten sick after a layover in Japan. Other than that, great are. Nice staff, the Japanese are wonderful people mostly. Oh, and the area is corporate. Business casual. If you don't dress upscale casual or business casual you will not fit in and may feel self conscious. I was dressed a bit too travel casual like I just walked out of REI. Everyone was hanging out with coworkers are talking business etc.
