Wie immer (wir lieben den Platz), das Ensemble lebt von seiner Lage Lage Lage - quasi unschlagbar - und der historischen Bausubstanz (Haus, Parkettboden, Fenster). Die Wohnung ist mit 90 m2 sehr geräumig, besonders die grosse Terrasse (verglast, aber weit öffenbar) ist ein wunderbarer Platz, der zum ewig-sitzen einlädt. Kochausstattung ist gut, Waschmaschine funktioniert. Sehr nette Betreuung.
