Welcome to your ocean-view Caribbean home away from home at Point Pleasant Resort, C6.
This 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a large private wraparound covered balcony, and beautiful views of Pineapple Beach, the Waterfront Pool, the ocean, and surrounding islands. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, C6 sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a relaxing lower-resort setting close to the waterfront area.
The villa features a king bedroom with a TV and privacy shutters that can be closed off from the living area or left open to enjoy the views from bed. The spacious living area includes a flat-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and plenty of comfortable seating surrounded by beautiful water views. The attached renovated bathroom includes a large shower and can be accessed through both the bedroom and the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with new appliances, cabinetry, and granite countertops, while the indoor dining area seats 4 and offers additional seating at the kitchen bar.
One of C6’s standout features is the large wraparound covered balcony, which includes outdoor dining for 4 and two lounge chairs for relaxing while watching pool activity and boats passing through the bay. Stunning view and great location! Walking distance to Coki Beach and Margaritaville resort so we would interchange our evening dinners. There is a lot of walking so come prepared. I’m glad we made this trip with my teenage daughter, can’t imagine having a toddler or baby, we would have been limited to some of the activities. Gave it 3 stars as it is a dated resort, the villa itself was not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, there was a lot of sand in the bathroom. We also had issues one night where the LED ceiling fan lights would not turn off as they are battery remote operated only (no wall switch). imagine having the ceiling fan light at the highest setting, LED beaming over you all night without a way to turn it off. We called the security office as it was late at night and they did not have access to the lobby area, they need to make sure they make security better equipped for situations like that. And it wasn't like you could go to a local hardware store, everything closes early. We eventually managed to improvise (2 hours later) by covering the lamps with dark clothing and secure with hair ties but it still was bright. It was annoying considering we had been up all day and tired and just wanted to get some good rest. The other issue is the AC. We planned to have our daughter sleep in the living area and my husband and I in the bedroom however, it was so hot in the living room, the air does not circulate well and she eventually had to sleep with us.
