About this apartment rental
Enjoy a spacious waterfront villa located inside Pt. Pleasant Resort with amazing ocean views from the patio. From inside the villa, you can hear the sounds of the rolling tides. While relaxing on the patio, you can take in the views of turquoise waters, sailboats & watch the mesmerizing rolling waves!
Guests have access to the resort's 3 pools, 2 restaurants & a secluded beach! It's an easy stroll to the Lower Pool and Sun & Sea Bar & Grill and short walk to Margaritaville Resort and Coki Point Beach.
Inside the villa, there are cushioned rattan sofa and 2 club chairs. The dining table has seating for 4. The bedroom has a King-size bed and the sofabed opens up with a Queen-size mattress; therefore, our villa can comfortably sleep 4 guests. The villa is kept cool with a newly installed Air-Conditioner and two ceiling fans.
Our kitchen is fully-equipped for guests to cook their own meals. We have all the appliances to make you feel right at home: refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, and blender. We have complete inventory of cooking basics: pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, bowls, cups, silverware, glass tumblers, and wine glasses.
Our bathroom has a spacious shower and we provide our guests with hair dryer, hotel-style double mirrors, bath towels and beach towels, travel size shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body lotion.
Our villa has free cable TV, free internet, an instant hot water heater, iron and ironing board, and clothing storage with closet and dresser with six drawers.
Guests have access to many of the resort’s amenities. Guests can park inside the resort free of charge. There is a taxi stand across from the Front Desk. Guests can walk and explore the beautifully landscaped resort or have the resort's shuttle drive them to the resort's three pools, two restaurants, nature trail, gazebo, secluded beach, and coin-operated washer and dryer in the laundry room ... all these amenities are free of charge. The shuttle is a favorite resort amenity!!!
Some of the paths inside the resort are hilly, therefore, wear comfortable footwear and walk slowly. The resort's entrance gate has a Security Guard stationed at the booth 24/7 and evening Roaming Security Guard patrolling the resort's grounds. There is an in-room safe to securely lock your valuables and traveling documents in the safe.
Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner and Happy Hour at the resort’s waterfront Sun & Sea Bar and Grill restaurant. For a special dining occasion, walk over to Ocean 180 Restaurant to enjoy great food and the breathtaking ocean view!!!
The town of Red Hook is only a 10 minute drive from the resort where there are many restaurants, bars, shops, chartered boats, grocery stores, pharmacy, banks and the Red Hook Ferry Terminal to catch a ferry to St. John and to St. Croix. No passport needed.
Our resort neighbors are Margaritaville Resort, Sapphire Beach Resort, Coki Point Beach, Linquist Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, Coki Dive Center, Sapphire Watersport Rental Center and many other nearby beaches like the world famous, Magen’s Bay and Secret Harbor Beach with it's Sunset Grille Restaurant which is on the beach dining.
For some duty-free shopping and great restaurants, spend some time in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Visit Mountain Top and taste their famous Banana Daiquiries!
Our Self Check-In with the Key Lockbox makes it easy to check into the villa straight from the airport . No extra stop needed to start enjoying the resort and our villa!!!
Guests could rent a car to enjoy as many beautiful beaches on St. Thomas and St. John as possible. Parking in the resort is free. There is a budget-friendly public Safari bus that stops in front of the Pt. Pleasant Resort entrance. The Safari makes stops around the island and provides sort of a mini-tour of the island and a chance to get to know some of the local islanders while commuting together! There is a Taxi Stand near the Front Desk and taxis are ready to drive guests to their daily island adventures!
Due to the Covid virus, the resort’s GYM/SPA is closed indefinitely. There is our on-site water sport equipment rentals by Mermaid's Den. With so many beautiful beaches on St. Thomas and St. John, it might be more hygenic and worth bringing your own snorkeling gears to go beach hopping!

The room was clean, restaurant and beaches within minutes. The property manager communicated with us every step of our stay and also sent list of places for entertainment, asked if there were any issues that needs to be taken care of. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

We booked a week before the trip and Mae was so accommodating! She made sure we had all the information needed and checked in often. The studio is perfect for a couple. We were able to walk along the beach right to Margaritaville and use their amenities as well. When we kept walking along the beach we ended up at Coki Beach where we rented jet skis! It was awesome. Because it’s slow season the sea and grille was closed the weekend we were here but it was nice because we got to take advantage of the pool as if it was our own private pool. No one was there the whole 4 days! The only bad thing is that the cabs charge per person but that’s no reflection on this room. You could literally stay in this area and see soo much and have a great time. Seeing the town was ok and it was nice to grab groceries but this location was everything! We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Resort! The room was comfortable and well equipped, and convenient to the beach, pool, and the "Sea and Sand" - a wonderful place for a drink or a meal! We would recommend the Resort and working with Mae! She was so helpful, from start to finish, and always available to assist with any questions. A wonderful trip!!

Communication with the host was excellent a d prompt. The villa is a few steps to the pool and one of the restaurants. Very nice view from villa.
