This beach-house-themed 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a large private wraparound balcony, and beautiful water and pool views for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, C12 sleeps up to 4 guests and is just steps from the Waterfront Pool and Shoreline Bar & Grille, with parking only a few steps from the villa entrance.
The villa features a king bedroom with an in-suite bathroom and dual shower head, accessible through the bedroom and kitchen for added convenience. The spacious living area offers generous seating around a smart TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes ample counter space with bar stools for dining in. Appliances such as a coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher, and other cooking essentials make it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The patio includes seating for four plus two lounge chairs, making it a great place to relax, sip a beverage, and enjoy the view of sailboats and jet skis passing by.
C12 is located in the middle section of the resort and offers easy access to the waterfront area, dining, and pool amenities. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

This was located on a hill and this specific unit is located at the very left, very bottom, which we personally believed was the best of all worlds because it is a short walk (a little treacherous) to the pool, to margaritaville (which has a coffee shop and restaurant), and two beaches. You do have to walk the hill/cliff side, but once you are on the bottom it is easy to move around from margaritaville. The view is gorgeous, bottom level with everything.Easily can fit 4 adults and a mixture of children and adults. Spotless and well maintained. We didn’t have a car but this place is fine with or without a car. Red hook is about 8-10 min away, so very easy to get to the ferry and food.The eh: not really impressed with breakfast, nor margaritavilles food. You have to sign to checkout, which was a little annoying since we signed the exact same thing when we got here.There are also blackouts and they do not have a generator. There are lots of windows, so as long as it was still light you would be fine. Overall would stay again. Maybe with a car this time or maybe not.

Unit was quite outdated. Bathroom door would not open from the bedroom. Floor has multiple cracks, entry door is right on top of the bed. Only 1 coffee mug, mish-mash of junkie silverware Outlets are hard to reach. Outside table very rusted. Very poor for this quality resort
