This 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free Wi-Fi, beautiful water and island views, and a convenient middle-resort location for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, B23 sleeps up to 4 guests and is conveniently located just around the corner from the middle pool, with parking right outside the villa and guest laundry a short walk up the hill.
The villa features a king bedroom that opens to the living area, allowing guests to enjoy the views from bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo that can be accessed from both the kitchen and bedroom, and a comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed during your stay, and the balcony offers a wonderful place to dine or relax in the Caribbean breezes while taking in the water and island views.
B23 offers easy access to the middle pool and a convenient location within the resort. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

The views from the condo were amazing! And the location was great. Close to Red Hook and easy walk to Margaritaville. The Terrace Restaurant wasn't yet open but the Seaside bar and restaurant was and it was great.The condo was well furnished but could use a little TLC. For example, the sliding doors don't open all the way. They open plenty far to walk in and out but we saw other units that could have the whole front open.We enjoyed Pleasant Point and would certainly stay there again.

Amazing stay. The room had a view to die for. The walking paths were fun and good exercise. Every staff member that we met were friendly. Restaurants are good on site. Walking distance to Coki Beach and Coral World. Close driving distance to Sapphire Beach and Marina. Also close to Red Hook and good restaurants and the ferries.

Fantastic view and great location! The balcony looking out over the water to St. John is awesome and we couldn't get enough of the view. The resort's restaurants are outstanding - we went to both Ocean 180 and Sun and Sea bar and Grill multiple times - the food, atmosphere and service were great! We saw lots of people coming over from the Margaritaville Resort to eat at Sun and Sea. Having 3 pools and a small beach on the resort was great too. Where the resort is located is quiet but still a short drive to the car ferry to St. John and to other activity spots on the island.
While the unit itself could use some updating everything worked and was clean and comfortable. The resort staff was very responsive to any requests and we felt very welcomed. Thanks for a great stay and we are already working on plans to come back!
