This 1-bedroom ocean-view villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, a spacious wraparound balcony, and a convenient middle-resort location for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, B22 sleeps up to 4 guests and is an easy walk to the resort lobby, activities center, guest laundry, and Terrace Pool.
The villa features a king bedroom that can be closed off from the living area for added privacy, an updated bathroom with access from both the kitchen and bedroom, and a comfortable living room with a sofa sleeper, two chairs, a desk, a 42-inch flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, and guests can dine indoors at the table for four or enjoy meals outside on the balcony in the fresh island breezes.
One of B22’s standout features is its very large wraparound balcony, which offers amazing Caribbean views and a wonderful place to relax outdoors. The hilltop pool is located at the top of the resort, and parking is conveniently located across from the villa entrance. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay. Shuttle service operates throughout the 15-acre property.

Wow! What a great stay my mom, brother and I had at the Palm Tree Lookout. The view is breathtaking, and the resort was great. Both restaurants located on the resort property were very tasty. The unit is perfectly located on the resort, so you won’t be too out of breath no matter where you decide to walk and if walking isn't your preferred method the resort offers a shuttle to scoot you around the site. Everyone we encountered onsite was very friendly and helpful. We cannot wait to come back.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful week at Palm Look Out, B22 at Point Pleasant. We absolutely LOVED the view from the balconies! The unit is located within easy walking distance to two of the swimming pools which was great for us. We enjoyed a few meals at Sun and Sea Bar & Grill (which is on the resort property) but having a well equipped kitchen enabled us to cook a few meals on other days. The AC worked well in the bedroom and the extra fan in the living room was definitely needed since there was an ongoing heatwave during our stay. Thank you for sharing your unit with us. We would definitely return.
P.S. There were no responses to any of my messages via VRBO. I mentioned this at check-in and the front desk rep advised that those messages do not go to the host but to Point Pleasant staff. He apologized. As the host/unit owner, I think you should inquire on this.

The views were so breathtaking. It was peaceful just sitting on the deck or lounging on the sofa. Unit had everything we needed and was very clean and well stocked.
