Loved this flat and would highly recommend.

Spotless and comfortable accommodation in an excellent location. Very well equipped kitchen.

Not an issue for us but as the flat is on the second floor you would need to be mindful of the steep staircase and the need to carry everything upstairs so wouldn't be suitable if you have mobility issues.

Fabulous property right in the centre of Aberaeron, comfortably accommodated four adults.

Great location, very central, spacious, full of character with all the sash windows, cool (we stayed in a mini heatwave), lovely outlook. Friendly and helpful host.

Traffic noise but we knew it was on a main road so this was very minor.

Great location with plenty to do locally. Inside was immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. No outside noise at all considering the central spot. Moira was a delight, with all the information you could ever need sent prior to visit.

A great location in beautiful Aberaeron, right opposite the best Italian Gelato shop! Also perfect for exploring the west wales coast, we paddle boarded at New Quay, enjoyed fresh pizza for dinner at Llangrannog Beach, went horseback riding at Pencarreg!

Fantastic property and just what we needed for a few days relaxing break.

The property was a really high standard with a good layout and attention to detail, matching glasses rather than a random collection of oddments would have fitted in better with the rest of the property but otherwise it was perfect 😉

Enjoyable stay, but second bedroom very small and not enough storage space in it for 2 people.

Location good, in a lovely little town. apartment well-equipped and very clean.

Sash windows and secondary glazing potentially dangerous - all opened fully. As windows were quite near to floor level, they need stops, as are fitted in most hotels nowadays. Stairs lead directly into open plan kitchen area with no door between - this was not a problem for us but due to this and the dangerous windows, I would not recommend this accommodation for families with toddlers/young children.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment in delightful Aberaeron

Apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious, relaxing and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfy, with high quality bedlinen. Just a short stroll to the pubs, restaurants, independent shops and harbour of Aberaeron. Moira is the perfect host, speedy response after booking with lots of helpful information. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Difficult to improve on perfection!!

The flat was immaculately clean as was the bedding and the towels. It was decorated and furnished to a very high order and fitted out with new domestic appliances for those who want to prepare their own meals (we didn't). From the lounge windows you can look down on the High Street which is ideal for the people watchers amongst us. There is a brilliant Fish & Chip Shop across the road and a Costcutter Mini Supermarket with a Post Office inside less than 5 minutes away plus several pubs and cafe's, brilliant local bakeries, gift and craft shops. Note! If you want to an evening meal at the Harbourmaster Pub/Restaurant on the quayside I suggest you book at the beginning of your week, it is very popular. I quite fancy another few days there during the winter, just to sit and read and watch the world go by.

Lovely property in a beautiful town

This apartment is everything you could wish for. It's location is right in the middle of beautiful Aberaeron, a short walk to the harbour and coast and a park across the road for the children. The apartment itself was impeccably clean and was equipped with all the essentials needed. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone!

There is no parking, but we always managed to find parking within a 1 min walk from the property so was never a problem.

Aberaeron escape....

Almost as new apartment superbly appointed. Light and airy and extremely clean. Great kitchen and spacious bathroom. Superbly positioned in Aberaeron close by to wonderful Delis, restaurants and pubs. Great comms from owner which made the stay effortless and stress free.
