The location was just perfect. You couldn’t get closer to the beach. The furniture was lovely and comfortable. Good outside space.

We had a bit of bad luck. After traveling for some time, we were excited to be able to do laundry upon arrival only to find that the washer was broken. We weren't made aware of this ahead of time and there were no laundry facilities in the town. I understand things happen, but communication could've been better. We were also there during an unseasonal heat wave and there were no fans available making sleeping very uncomfortable.

Needs a bit of a deep clean. Windows, cupboard doors, inside fridge and oven. General hoovering, especially around furniture. Washing machine doesn’t work as the door doesn’t shut.

We loved the cosiness and the lovely secure little garden for our dog. The cottage came with everything you would need for a stay. It was clean and tidy. The location was excellent and we had parking right by the door.

Lovely place. Excellent host. Spotlessly clean. Milk & tea, coffee provided. Lovely decor. Stylish cottage.

Sofas were a bit soft for me, but that's it.

The cottage was everything we needed and more. It was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. The cottage was clean and comfortable and in a brilliant location.

Not having a parking space, but we was there 5 nights and never had a problem finding a space on the street outside and that was free.

Stunning little property in the heart of lovely Aberaeron. Beautifully kept with every item you could need for a stay away from home. Great that there was a downstairs cloakroom, and the garden was a bonus for our two little dogs. Great communication from the owner too. We will 100% be booking again.

Centre of Aberaeron. Flat, walkable to all shops, restaurants, bar and beach walks. There was street parking outside property. Beds were super comfy. Cottage was clean and tidy. It was a peaceful, quiet location.

Blinds / Blackout curtains in the front bedroom would be appreciated.

Nice cosy accommodation in a great location regards being near the seafront and close to the high street and restaurants, take aways etc.

Was a little cold in the evenings and the shower isn’t great.

Lovely location, the cottage was great with good sized rooms that were well equipped. The information booklet provided by the host was extremely useful. Great restaurants close by. We especially liked Y Selar and The Hive.

The area has a sea defence improvement programme being carried out at present, which we were unaware of, so areas were blocked off and obviously lots of work being undertaken with diggers, etc.

I had the most wonderful stay at this charming little cottage by the sea. The location is absolutely perfect—few steps away from the beach and just a short stroll to some great restaurants and pubs. The cottage itself is beautifully designed with a cozy and stylish interior that instantly makes you feel at home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The host was exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. Communication was great. If you're looking for a peaceful and picturesque escape, this cottage is a gem. I can't recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning!

Cozy, welcoming cottage. Lovely back garden, perfect for an al fresco lunch in the spring sunshine. The location is perfect for exploring the town and all it has to offer.

The cottage is beautiful and so cosy. We had everything we needed and thoroughly enjoyed our little weekend away. Claire was so helpful with one little issue we had. The weather was kind to us so all in all a great time. We will be back again very soon x

Mattresses were slightly too soft for our tastes, but fine for a short stay. I couldn't sleep on a mattress that soft permanently.

This is the first time we've ever complained about a holiday property but we are incredibly unhappy... especially regarding cleanliness. The hob was still warm when we arrived and the place smelled of curry. My wife had to clean the kitchen cabinets and esp the handles Damp and mouldy walls greet us as we enter through a filthy front door. Hidden behind the living room door more damp and mouldy walls obviously just painted over with paint flakes all over the floor and plugs. . More mouldy damp walls in downstairs toilet. Mouldy damp walls in the downstairs front window. Water stained walls and ceiling in the living room and in kitchen. Microwave available but you'd have to get it out of a cupboard and put it somewhere to switch on to use. Missing tray in ancient fridge so nowhere to put milk juice or any bottles. Under the sofa an old plastic bottle covered in dust. Smoke alarms missing. Windows so dirty it looked as if it was constantly misty outside... upstairs and downstairs. Are there no window cleaners in Aberaeron? Back yard overgrown and unkempt. Dirty toilet brush. I won't go on but I think you're getting the picture. This place @ £130+ a night. We left a day early not sure if it was healthy to breathe in the damp and the mould. I have pictures to prove the above.

The decorations and furnishings were lovely, the house was very clean and tidy but it also had a very homely feel which was amazing! It was close enough to all the shops and not even a minutes walk to the beach which is perfect if you have dogs (like we did when we stayed).

The parking wasn’t brilliant, very hit and miss if you got a spot near the property, which was inconvenient when you’re bringing things like shopping or luggage in.

Location couldn’t be beaten and parking is easy. Claire was really helpful when we needed to change our dates. The kitchen especially is spacious and bright, and the courtyard garden cute. We were left a few provisions to get us started.

There were a few small maintenance things we highlighted but I understand they will be dealt with soon.

Location was great. Comfy beds. It was close to some nice beaches, just a short drive away. Cottage had everything we needed. Would stay again.

A lovely little cottage to stay in. Clean and comfortable. Everything you need inside as well as shops, restraunts and cafes within walking distance. Very comfortable beds, cozy living room and spacious kitchen.

Fantastic location. House has everything you need for home from home stay.
