The house was lovely, it was close to town & the outside with the hot tub & seating was excellent.

We had no hot water from 4.30pm Friday to 1 30.pm Saturday & everyone had to have cold showers, even before going in and out of the hot tub. The owner did everything he could to help, first giving instructions over the phone how to reset the boiler & he came to look at the boiler at 10.45pm. He arranged for a heating engineer to come out Saturday morning to fit a new part. Unfortunately, we had no where to put our recycling, food waste & rubbish as the recycling bins were full outside, as was the wheelie bin & there were full bags of rubbish in the front garden.
