Lovely property. Everything had been thought of. It felt like home. The host was on hand when I needed help with something during our stay. The house was perfect location and perfect set up to allow us to have a family holiday together with our grandparents who have been going to new quay for years.
Loved the house and will be looking to book again, our only moan was the beds were all quite low which was a bit of a struggle for my grandparents.

The location was perfect and we could hear the sea from our bedroom windows. Host was very helpful and responsive. House is beautifully decorated and spacious. Addition of beach towels and shower gel in bathroom along with a bottle of wine/Welsh cakes a really nice touch. Definitely a home from home feel.
There was no blind in the living room window and a plain glass window in the front door which meant privacy at night was limited. The beds were very low which was difficult for a family member with mobility issues and not great for tall people due to the footboards. Patio/outdoor area had not been swept on our arrival. Due to the heatwave and issues with sewage works in New Quay there was often a strong unpleasant smell at the front of the house/living room. This was intermittent and would come and go.

Location was perfect, the house is stunning and has been renovated to a really high standard. The host was really friendly and helpful. All the little details had been carefully considered and were a nice touch. Really great sociable space. Watching the dolphins in the bay from the window seat was a highlight.
