Location , cleanliness and facilities

We made a late booking and were genuinely surprised with the quality, decor and cleanliness of the apartment and great value too. Everything was of exceptional quality too, none of the usual part worn/defective items so often found upon arrival Very well placed for access to the centre of Aberaeron

To be fair I didn't make it known at the time of booking but my wife has some mobility issues and we hadn't realised the apartment was up three flights of stairs with another flight to the loft conversion living area. This caused us a bit of an issue but we worked around it. Also the bed was a 4'6" , considering the ample room space it was a shame it wasn't wider. We would definitely book one of the lower level apartments on our next visit

Quiet location just off the busy centre, private parking, facilities in general, clean bright surrounds and value for money rent all good features that helped make our stay a very pleasant and interesting one.

Not able to get terrestrial channels on TV in living area as notice flagged up that aerial not connected. (TV in larger bedroom was OK though on that score). Accessed through laptop instead. Wood venetian blinds in bedroom don't keep out bright morning light, but we were up and away each day early so not an issue. Very tall people may not like living area at top of house, due to roof slope.

Living room in attic so low ceilings this is not very clear from photos also very hot. Bathroom disappointing clean but small No welcome pack No hooks on doors in bedrooms or bathrooms no door stops
