Large Private garden apartment LIKE RENTING A VILLA

In JUAN LES PINS our apartment is like renting a villa, but only paying for an apartment. All the luxury facilities on one level, and no other people around!!!!! Just read the reviews.

It is a large one bedroom/two bathroom garden apartment in very quiet, private and totally secure grounds. On the ground floor of a large villa. Full use of garden, swimming pool, summer kitchen, etc.
The owners also have separate garden and terrace.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of storage.There are two large bathrooms. On site secure parking for several cars. The apartment is conveniently located between Cannes and Antibes, a great spot for exploring all the main attractions along the Cote d'Azur. Short walk to the beach and shops etc.
The particually large pool is surrounded by large terraces and there is a wide choice of lounge and dinning areas. The summer kitchen with Gas BBQ, adds even more choice.

Great Holiday location: This apartment is in a great location only 9 minutes walk to the beach, shops restaurants etc. Conveniently located in between Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins. So you have the choice of locations. Golfe Juan port is full of restaurants and bars plus very expensive Boats! . Walk in either direction and the beaches are full of restaurants where there are views to die for, and you can eat with your feet in the sand. Juan Les Pins is much more lively and has a lot more going on, so much that you will only ever be able to sample a fraction.
Cannes and Nice are close by, a bus runs near by and only costs one Euro wherever you go.
The airport is a 20 minute drive, as is Antibes, Valbonne, Mougin, St Paul de Vence etc . So much to see and do on your door step. Monaco is a 40 minute drive and Italy only 10 minutes further on.
Cannes offer unlimited choice of restaurants and shops. Night clubs and casinos are all very close by.
Golf courses are plentiful alone with great choice of water sport

Transport: A car is not essential as taxi, bus and coach are all available from Nice Airport.
The apartment is within easy walking distance of all facilities you could wish for.
A one & a half Euro bus fare takes you along the coast and can be picked up a short walk form the apartment.
A luxury coach ( nos 250 , cost 10 euro) from the airport drops you off at the bottom of the road.

If you love the sun: The property faces due south and the garden is full of sun from early morning till late evening. The summer kitchen has a large awning which provides shade for those that want it !!


EVERY GUEST SO FAR HAS SAID THE ACCOMMODATION AND GARDEN / POOL HAS FAR EXCEEDED THEIR EXPECTATIONS. THEY SAY OUR PHOTO'S DO NOT DO THE PROPERTY JUSTICE.
