The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. They also provided us with a parking space, which was very convenient. The location was perfect for us, as we were close to where we needed to go. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and everything went really well.

We had a wonderful time in Köln. The hotel is really nice and located in a calm area of the city. The parking is super easy / the parking place is spacious. The staff is super-friendly and easygoing. Actually there were some issues during our stay (water leak) - of course, this could happen; but the staff handled it really well and tried to reduce the inconveniences as much as possible. I truly appreciated. I'd definitely go back and I can only recommend.
