Piękny apartament o niepowtarzalnym klimacie. Wyposażony w absolutnie wszystko, czego możesz potrzebować. Bardzo czysto. Wygodne łóżko. W nocy cicho i spokojnie, pomimo tętniącej życiem nocnym okolicy. Opiekunka, Adriana, to bardzo sympatyczna, kompetentna i piękna dziwczyna. Jesteśmy jej bardzo wdzięczni. Cudownie spędzony tydzień.

Niepodobało mi się, że tak krótko trwał ten tydzień. Gdyby dzień miał 48 godzin było by lepiej.

Such a wonderful area to stay in Venice, just footsteps to the buzzing Campo Santa Margarita filled with fabulous restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. Reasonably close to the Venezia Santa Lucia train station to walk with small suitcases, or catch a vaporetto. We actually walked everywhere, it took 20 minutes to reach St Marks Square … if you didn’t get side tracked with everything on the way. The apartment was very homely & comfortable, it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Basic condiments, tea and coffee, bathroom supplies and a washing machine/dryer. We struck a couple of cold and rainy days, we found extra blankets and a hot water bottle in the trunk by the couch. Loved the canal view from the window to peak out to, no balcony though.

If you have mobility issues, the 36 stairs up to the apartment could be an issue. The shower water temperature was just only warm, so no hot showers

Excellent emplacement, très proche de l’université, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et commerces , et très calme. Accueil efficace et sympathique. Très bonne communication.

La couverture du lit très lourde, il faudrait en proposer de plus légères.
