About this apartment rental
Recently built two-room apartment on the first and top floor, sleeps 2-4, overlooking the pool and with a panoramic view.
The apartment's highlight is the large panoramic veranda, welcoming you with its charming exposed beams and offering a comfortable dining area and a relaxation/reading area. The veranda is the ideal place to spend time outdoors in complete privacy.
This beautiful apartment includes inside:
A Spacious living area with modern kitchen, dining area, living room with sofa (convertible into a double bed) and entertainment system with a 43" Smart TV and digital radio.
Sleeping area with a large double bedroom and a large window offering a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
Bright modern bathroom with shower and access to the comfortable rear balcony overlooking the hills.
The private courtyard on the ground floor features a barbecue area, an outdoor shower, and your own parking space, all enclosed by a sliding gate.
Recently built and very comfortable, beautifully furnished. Ideal for couples or small families. Recommended maximum occupancy: 2 Adults + 2 children.
We are located on a hill, behind the famous Budoni beach "Sa Capannizza," about 1 km away.
A tranquil oasis, nestled between the sea and the hills, yet well-served. Just 30 meters away is the town's main square with a bar, tobacconist, newsstand, minimarket, and pizzeria.
The center of Budoni is just 1 km away.

We had a lovely time at Limpiddu Residence. Monica was very responsive whenever we had a question, and Marco was quick to help resolve any issues. As others have mentioned, the bin schedule is a bit overcomplicated, but we understand it's out of the hosts' control. They did their best to explain it clearly to ensure everything was sorted properly.The only thing we found slightly disappointing was the strict rules around pool usage. While the pool being open from 9am to 9pm is great, the upstairs apartments don't have assigned sun loungers. You're not allowed to leave any belongings around the pool, so it takes extra effort to bring loungers down and back up each time—especially inconvenient if you're traveling with children. Also, diving, inflatables, and balls are not permitted, which limits what kids can do in the pool. During our stay, most apartments were occupied by families with young children, so it was a bit disheartening that the pool rules seemed more tailored to adults.That said, the apartment itself was brilliantly equipped and spotlessly clean. It provided a fantastic base for exploring the northeast and east coast of the island. Overall, we had a great stay and really appreciated the hospitality.

Der Urlaub hat gehalten was er versprochen hat. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Kein Anlass zur Reklamation. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.

Wir fühlten uns sofort in der sehr sauberen und schönen Wohnung wohl, genossen die Zeit auf dem großzügigen Balkon (wenn wir da waren). Der Pool war eine schöne tägliche Erfrischung.
Monica regelte vor unserem Urlaub alles für unser Wohlbefinden.
Marco war vor Ort in seinem kleinen Laden immer für uns erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
