The property is accessed through a convenient private parking, where a practical outdoor shower allows you to refresh yourself on the return from the beach. Climbing the stairs you enter a bright living room with kitchen, complete with sofas, TV and dining table, ideal for spending moments in company.

The sleeping area consists of a cozy double room and a second bedroom with bunk beds and a third pull-out bed, comfortably accommodates up to 5 people. The bathroom, functional and well finished, is equipped with shower and washing machine.
