About this apartment rental

Large comfortable Three rooms Apartment on the ground floor, facing the pool, with direct access.
Shaded patio out front, furnished with dining and relaxing /reading area.
According equipped back patio with barbecue. outdoor shower.
Inside: living / dining room fully equipped (dishwasher included), nr. 2 bedrooms (1 double + 1 with two single beds convertible into double bed), large bathroom with shower, closet with laundry area (washing machine). Private parking.
Recent and comfortable, well furnished. Ideal for families or 2 couples.
We are located in the hills behind the famous Budoni "Sa Capannizza beach", that is about 1,5km.
Oasis of tranquility between sea and hills, but well-served. In fact, just 30 meters there is the central square of the village with Bar, Tabac shop and MiniMarket.
The center of Budoni is only 1km.

Perfect place to stay!The apartment has more than you need, is very modern and is also very comfortable.Coordination and communication with Monica and Marco was pretty easy. They are very sympathetic and supportive people who will help and guide you at any time. Great hosts!Can just recommend to go there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the apartment. The check in and check our was easily arranged and very friendly, and Monica provided all of the information we needed despite me being very late in confirming or arrival time etc to her. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, great shower, and lovely outdoor furniture and space. The pool was gorgeous although in May a little chilly for us to use very much! The only thing we thought might be improved was that we found the beds a little hard, even though we like firm mattresses - personal preference I guess.We could not have been made more welcome, from the Sardinian wine and sweets on arrival to Monica helping us find a day tour to La Maddelena islands (highly recommend this trip!). Having such a friendly, warm host was one of our favourite things about staying here.It is perfectly located - close to Olbia airport, close to many beautiful beaches, and a great base for exploring this part of Sardinia. Thanks again Monica!
