About this house rental
A beach front property located on Waihi Beach with stunning views of Mayor Island and its own beach access. The house is in a delightful setting, one can sit on the deck and watch the waves roll in whilst the family plays on the lawn. At full tide the water’s edge is only 25 m from the deck!
The house is set up for outdoor/indoor living with a large covered deck, BBQ and outdoor table that seats 12. It has two stories with spectacular views of the sea from the master bedroom, kitchen window, dining room table and sitting room. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need.
At the back of the house is a sleepout, a second deck which is sheltered from an on-shore breeze and plenty of off street parking. The back is fenced off from the street and there is enough space to park 2 cars and a boat. Ideal for 2 families.
Waihi Beach is safe for swimming, has good surf, excellent fishing and excellent amenities for a small township. The house is located half way along the beach exactly 1 km from the village.

No Tents, Marquees or Weddings allowed

We had THE BEST time at your beautiful home. The location is incredible, and the landscaping made it the perfect spot to relax and do art. The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, and we are already booked in to come back :-) Highly recommend for the peaceful atmosphere and comfortable stay. Thank you!!
