Rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff is super helpful. There is a bar with a great offer of food and beverages and vendor machines in case you need something also during the night. Open 24/24. Very near to two metro stops

I slight improvement in the food options for special diet (lactose free and gluten free options, or vegan)

Walkable distance from the city. My own room had all the basic essentials. Good place for when doing a lads trips. There is activities at the hotel.

Location, staff. The rooms were nice and maintained.

Stupid and obnoxious rules of the property, made clearly with the intention of leeching off more money from the customers. For eg, the check out time is 9:30 am, which is way early for the industry standards, but the funny part is, if you want the usual, most common check out time (11:00am) you have to pay additional 20 euros..? Makes absolutely no sense. Secondly the wifi they provide does not let you do WhatsApp calls/ internet calls, and is very poor and slow. It sucks. But what’s interesting is if you want to get a good wifi connection, something that otherwise almost every hotel these days provides as complimentary, they have it for an additional daily chargeable basis..? Seems greedy. Third, the bathroom and the toilet is separate, even though in the room. This may not be an issue for everyone, but for me it felt inconvenient, and apparently it could have easily been resolved by some renovations. And also, they don’t let you take your food/ deliveries from an outside restaurant to your rooms; you have to eat/ finish it in the lobby; Like what? Why? What kind of weird rules are these. All of this makes the stay experience unpleasant and cold. The breakfast was ok, but was super basic.
