The location is lovely, a nice part of Paris with good links to the rest. Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby and room are tastefully decorated.
The double bed was actually two single mattresses, so uncomfortable at times. Small issues with the fridge and shower, which management will deal with. But the real downside was the tight, dark “hallway” outside the lift (a surprising contrast with the rest) and stairs that were hard to use (narrow with no motion sensor).

Good location, excellent air conditioning. I loved opening the windows in the morning and having a cup of tea looking back toward Montparnasse. The staff were very friendly and helpful
