Location and basic amenities were satisfactory. Host Giorgio was proactive and communicated clearly. The water in tap was extremely milky and not potable and most utensils were dirty. The stay otherwise was comfortable.

Easy check-in and check-out. They were quick to respond to things. They provided pots and pans, dishes, etc. The location was good, the attractions were accessible by walking distance or a bus ride, and there were good restaurants close.
The walls were a little bit scuffed up and could have been cleaner in that way but it also didnt feel dirty.

Location to the train station was a plus point Quick to find and checkin on as easy
The ac was way too loud and was not the most comfortable noise to sleep in. While the property was clean, basic amenities like water, a clean wash sponge for the kitchen (there was an old used one ) but for hygienic reason a new one when a new guest checks in would help. Also spices like sugar , pepper or some tea snd coffee and handwash were missing
