Clean, easy location near the train, very basic and served by purposes. Internet was good for zoom calls.
Very basic, best sized for a single traveler. Satisfied all my needs but not special/memorable.

The room was comfortable and the aircon was efficient for the hot weather.
The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The hairdryer cord attached to the bathroom appeared to never have been dusted. The cups were not thoroughly cleaned and the shower was extremely small.

Location and basic amenities were satisfactory. Host Giorgio was proactive and communicated clearly. The water in tap was extremely milky and not potable and most utensils were dirty. The stay otherwise was comfortable.

Location to the train station was a plus point Quick to find and checkin on as easy
The ac was way too loud and was not the most comfortable noise to sleep in. While the property was clean, basic amenities like water, a clean wash sponge for the kitchen (there was an old used one ) but for hygienic reason a new one when a new guest checks in would help. Also spices like sugar , pepper or some tea snd coffee and handwash were missing
