The room was very clean and spacious, excellent bathroom

The balcony was a bonus. Rain was an excellent host. Easy walking to the train station and good local restaurants.

Terrible WiFi

Iuri é um anfitrião maravilhoso, muito solícito e sempre preocupado com o bem estar do hóspede. Toda dia deixava biscoitos, suco e água! Fiquei nove dias, sendo que as toalhas eram trocadas diariamente e a roupa de cama dia sim dia não. A localização é excelente, muito próximo da Termini e a quinze minutos do Coliseu caminhando. Para ir para a Fontana de Trevi em vinte minutos caminhando chegava, mas tem metrô muito próximo e ponto de ônibus também. Com certeza será minha escolha nas próximas viagens a Roma!

Not much really. It was decently clean. Close to train station which is good and bad (military presence and crime) Not much of a view but nice to be able to open the windows for air since it was so hot in the room.

. It was small, elevator was small and looked unsafe so had to lug heavy suitcases up many flights of stairs. There’s only 1 staff member that we ever saw and while he was kind of nice, he also acted like he didn’t understand what we were saying & then I heard him speaking English really well to some maintenance guy. On main road so nonstop sirens, street cleaners, garbage trucks, etc all night long. “Air conditioning” didn’t work. Shower leaked and only hand held would work, large shower head didn’t work, was very difficult to wash hair while holding shower head. Had actual physical keys for the front door of the building, the door to Luxe Roma and the door to our room - not convenient to be trying to find the correct key in the dark after a full day of exploring Rome. I also wasn’t aware that our passports would be scanned onto the employee’s phone on arrival - that felt sketchy - would’ve been nice to have a heads up or at least an explanation. The employee explanation was “need for check in”. Also room shown when I booked had 3 single beds - our room was one single, one double. My daughters and I don’t want to share a bed especially when it’s hot and the air conditioning doesn’t work. Might have been a slightly better experience if we got the room we were shown while booking.
