The house is in a quiet street without trade but close nevertheless (50 / 100m) of the main places of life: marina, squares, shops.
The apartment has 1 bedroom: 12 m2, living room with sofa: 20m2 (convertible 140) and 1 kitchen with dining area: 17 m2 and a terrace of 12 m2 with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Saint-Florent.
The housing has been renovated with the concern to preserve the original materials (stone, wood etc ...)

Even though the appartment is only 100m from the cosy city square, the location is quiet, parking is close and the view from the balcony is great; sunset every evening! Restaurants, bakery, shops and the marina are just around the corner. We felt part of Saint Florent!
The appartment has all you need to cook your meals and even wash your clothes… The bathroom is small but the bed, bedroom and living area are comfortably big. The appartment is in a traditional house, with the old walls and wooden parts partly laid free; beautiful!
We didn't bring towels, but Thierry provided immediately without discussion. Nice plus: useable "leftovers" from previous guests are left, like napkins, herbs, sugar, coffee filters, etc.
Very recommendable!
