L’emplacement était idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, pour découvrir Saint-Florent. Un parking gratuit se trouvait à proximité de l’appartement.
À noter que l’appartement est situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, un point à prendre en compte pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité.
