About this house rental
It is a large house located at the heart of the historic village and near all the shops. It has being carefully decorated with a nautical style. You will love the freshness of the thick stone walls and the air-conditioning. The large living room and the 25m² terrace with an unobstructed direct view to the delightful calanque and the Saint-Florent gulf. You will be seduced by the equipped kitchen and its balcony, which opens to the old city, the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

We had a lovely holiday in Saint-Florent and the view from the balcony is stunning. In the evening you see the sun going down in front of you and in the morning the yachts leaving the harbour. Our 5 year old daughter loved the place although it is across 3 levels. Everything was as on the pictures and working well. Each level has its own air-conditioning so you can decide to have it warmer or colder. The location is right at the Place Doria and everything (bar, restaurants, shop etc.) is within immediate walking distance. We would come here again esp. as Paul was a really nice host.

Visited for a week from California with road bike. Host Paul could not have been more engaging, kind and meticulous. The ancient house overlooks the Med, with wonderful light throughout and a magnificent covered balcony. Kitchen very well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Walk 1-2 minutes to fresh grocery, cafes, and fine dining. Walk 5 minutes to fast ferry to exotic tremendous Saliccia Beach (30 min ride). Take in ancient Corsican music in the 1200s cathedral a short walk away. Easy 30-min drive to Bastia airport and ferry. Highly recommended.
