The apartment is located in a 2-storey building facing south, enjoying privileged daytime sunshine, and a large 20 m2 terrace with garden furniture to take advantage of. view of a small private garden of approximately 30 m2 attached to the collective garden of the building (approximately 800 m2) ... private parking space.
It is close to the center of the village (about 100m) from the shops, as well as the port with departures for the beaches of Saleccia and Lodu, there is a LECLERC store less than 3 km from the village.
Saint-Florent has a good location, less than 10 minutes from Patrimonio and its vineyards as well as at the gates of Cap Corse and these magnificent landscapes with very beautiful villages, such as Nonza, Centuri, Erbalunga and towards the Desert of the Agriates. and Balagne.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce bel appartement à Saint-Florent et nous en gardons un excellent souvenir. Tout était parfait, la situation géographique de l'appartement (près du centre et de la plage), la décoration soignée, les chambres, les salles de bains, la cuisine, la terrasse et la pièce à vivre sont une pure merveille. Rien ne manquait pour la préparation des repas et l'électroménager était neuf. Je recommande vivement cette location car les propriétaires sont des gens charmants.
