La vue sur la baie de Saint-Florent depuis la terrasse et la proximité avec le centre ville. Le parking privé pour la voiture.

Posizione bella fronte mare, ma spiaggia di sassi e alghe, un po’ decentrata. La spiaggia di fronte al golfo è in compenso un sogno, ma serve l’auto.

Une vue imprenable sur la mer très bien situé proche du centre ville et de tous commerces
Prestations et confort insuffisant pas de four pas de hotte pas de lave vaisselle pas de lave linge robinetterie de la douche plus que rustique écran plat de 50 cm avec 3 chaînes barbecue commun sur le parking et canapé très inconfortable
