44m2 apartment on the ground floor of a villa for 2 to 4 people comprising, 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 living room with a pull-out sofa with 2 single beds, a terrace with garden furniture and a private parking. Ideal for a couple looking for calm.
The villa is located in a residential area 800m from the city center, within walking distance, you can enjoy the charming village of Saint Florent and its surroundings, as well as many activities on offer.
It should be noted that rentals in high and very high season will be exclusively from Saturday to Saturday and a minimum week
