Résidence mare e vista, at the north entrance of St Florent, it will only take you 3 minutes to reach the marina, and 20 minutes to reach Bastia. Ideally located, you can enjoy many heavenly beaches (salecia, lotu, lozzari ....) to explore Cape Corsica, the desert of agriates and go to Balagne (Ile Rousse, Calvi) for hikers, trails customs officials will offer you breathtaking scenery.

A bedroom with 160 cm bed and TV (sheets included).
A bathroom with washing machine, (bathroom linen, hair dryer).
A kitchen open to the fully equipped living room (dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, tv, convertible sofa with sheets, ...)
An iron and ironing board are also available.
The terrace and the garden of 60 m2 are dedicated to relaxation and rest. You will have a jacuzzi for 5 people, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
The residence offers a reserved parking space secured by an electric gate.
Soothsayer amateurs will not be outdone as patrimonio and its fans are just 3 min away.

Appartement très agréable ,propre,lumineux ,bien agencé.Trés calme,dans résidence sécurisée avec un stationnement aisé.Seul petit regret,un peu loin du centre ville,voiture nécessaire pour s'y rendre.

Très bel appartement bien équipé et climatisé. Le jacuzzi est un vrai régal. La terrasse avec transats et plancha vous assurent des moments agréables et conviviaux. Le propriétaire est sympa et très réactif. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour découvrir la région et être au calme tout en étant assez proche du centre. Pour être parfait, il manquerait peut-être quelques ustensiles de cuisines (genre une planche à découper et un plateau de service ainsi qu'un petit tabouret dans la salle de bain pour poser les vêtements).

L'appartamento è proprio come descritto nell'annuncio, nuovo e dotato di ogni confort. 2 televisori, 2 split x l'aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e la super vasca idromassaggio. In giardino c'è anche un barbecue a gas.. Li vicino c'è un campeggio dove si può mangiare o prendere una pizza a una cifra ragionevole x essere in Corsica. È a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di saint florent e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia.. cosa volere di più?
