The house was clean and well thought out, access to beach gear was an added touch, the pool and location to the beach was very nice, great views from back patio, close to lots of restaurants, everyone we met while on the property was extremely nice and polite, the location definitely didn’t disappoint,

Our room and the Pool were SO CLOSE to the beach! Made it so convenient to spilt time between the ocean and pool! And we didn’t have to drag a bunch of stuff down to the beach because we could easily get back to our condo! Also shower by deck made it Easy clean for sand! So Great for families!!!!!

Overall the unit was decent, mostly satisfactory. My daughter had a very good time at both the beach and the pool. My wife and I were unfortunately quite dissapointed with the overall cleanliness of the place. When we arrived we were greated with sandy mats, trash all over the patio, dirty cups and plates and a dirty floor. No way the place had been mopped. We normally dont wear shoes inside our home, but after 10 minutes we had to put shoes on because our feet were brown and sandy. I ended up sweeping the place myself. The pool was decent, but the second day we were there it was so cloudy and dirty you couldn't even see your feet. It was full of sand and hair, all the gross things. We also tried to be kind and let others use the floats and toys we brought, big mistake. Our floats were distroyed and my daughters toys stolen or thrown away, not sure where they went. Oh, here's a tip for anyone looking to stay in a ground floor unit, dont hang anything on the railing overnight. The guy that lives onsite comes along after dusk and throws everything over the railing onto the ground. We figured it out after the second day of waking up to dirty wet towels laying on the ground. Day 4 we woke up to jackhammering renovations in the units above us. We were given reinbursement for the day after lengthy complaints. While the workers were working, the unit was unihabitable. The noise was so loud you had to yell so my wife coukd hear me. Not a fan, won't be back.
