Zeer ruime en vooral complete villa. Alles is ruim, schoon, en netjes. Niet zo zeer luxe maar wel van alle gemakken voorzien en dat maakte het super comfortabel. Goede bedden, airco in de eveneens ruime slaapkamers.
Zwembad was echt heerlijk, handdoeken waren ruim beschikbaar. En de tuin zelf en de terrassen rondom het huis waren ook heerlijk!
Geweldige host, niets was teveel. Tips over boodschappen, bezoek aan Rome stad en strand waren fijn.
Op loopafstand bakker en paar kleine winkeltjes, iets verder ook restaurants en meer.
Echt een pareltje, deze woning!

The Villa was large enough for 14 of us. There were plenty of crockery, utensils, pot and pans etc. The swimming pool was a very good addition which was used everyday. Beds were comfortable. The veranda was just lovely to sit around the table day and evening. Parking for two cars off road. The property is secure. Walking distance up the road to shops and bars. 20 minutes from the sea. Giuseppe, the owner and Francesca were amazing lovely people. Nothing was not too much trouble. Such kind and helpful family. Carolina, the 100 year old tortoise, was an extra attraction for our grandchildren who loved feeding her

This was a fantastic property with all the facilities you would need to make your stay perfect
It was very clean, the host was so helpful and it was fantastic value for money given the facilities we had
